How to Run a Heat Map Report for a Specific Company

Key Benefits:
Known also as a 'white space' or 'gap analysis' report, the purpose of the heatmap report is to visually illustrate the connections that exist between the firm and the Individuals within a specific key client.
This report provides a clear and effective platform for both tactical and strategic client management decisions. Designed specifically to simplify the complexities of multiple relationships, this report aids in setting and tracking strategic client management initiatives.
Beyond the natural business development and growth opportunities this report can identify, it works equally to identify risk. These risks may include relationship gaps, high-risk dependencies or relationships lacking particular seniority. Through its simple and colour-coded layout, the report serves to illustrate what is otherwise difficult, if not impossible, to ascertain or assess.
