How to Register and Sign in to access technical and integration articles
The steps required to have full access to the Client Sense Knowledge Base
Note: Your firm will need to be provided with full Knowledge Base access and your will need to use your work email address.
1. Access the Knowledge Base knowledge.clientsense.com and click Register
2. Enter your work Email address, First Name and Last Name
3. In order to register, you will need to agree to keeping the information within the Client Sense Knowledge Base private and confidential to continue
4. Click Submit
5. Click Sign In
6. To create a password, click Forgot password?
7. Enter the email address you used to register and click Send reset email
You will be sent a Password Reset email. Please allow up to 20 minutes and check your Junk / Spam folder if not received.
8. Once received, open the email and click Reset Password
2. Create a new password and click Save password
