With the launch of Company Insights, Client Sense broadens its capabilities to include firmographic data about the companies your firm is connected to, at no extra cost.
This powerful new feature gives legal marketing teams improved insight into the companies their lawyers engage with, creating new opportunities for segmentation, outreach, and strategic planning.
What is Company Insights?
Company Insights supplements the relationship intelligence already provided by Client Sense by adding enriched data about the companies your firm communicates with. This service automatically populates firmographic fields including:
- Industry
- Company size (by employee count)
- Company name and logo
- Social media URLs (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
This data is maintained and updated automatically, reducing the manual effort usually needed to develop and sustain this level of insight.

With Company Insights available directly within your Client Sense environment, you can:
- Segment smarter
Build dynamic lists based on company size, industry, and other key attributes to tailor outreach and campaigns with greater precision. - Target events more effectively
Identify ideal attendees or invitees based on company demographics and align them with specific initiatives, office locations, or sectors. - Deliver tailored communications
Send industry-specific updates, alerts, and client communications that resonate with your audience. - Support business development efforts
Combine firmographic data with engagement trends to help identify new opportunities for cross-selling or strategic follow-up.
Where You Will See the Data
Company Insights is fully integrated into the Client Sense interface, making information easy to find and use. Data is presented in:
- Contact Cards
- Search results
- Reports
- Dynamic Lists
- Favorites Tabs
This ensures that relevant company context is available wherever you work in the system.
Using the Data Across Systems
Because Company Insights data is stored locally within your Client Sense environment, it can be shared across your firm’s other integrated systems such a CRM or email marketing system. This allows for consistent, enriched company data across platforms without needing separate subscriptions or enrichment tools.
Security and Privacy
Client Sense maintains a rigorous security model, and while Company Insights does require outbound communication to retrieve company-level data, all requests are domain-based and encrypted end-to-end. Importantly:
- No personal or private information about individuals is collected
- No third-party data enrichment services are used for people data
- All company data is publicly available and limited to firmographic attributes
GDPR and privacy-conscious firms can confidently adopt the feature, knowing it aligns with legal and ethical data use standards.
Cost and Availability
Company Insights is offered at no extra cost to Client Sense customers. It reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering more value to our clients without adding complexity or expense.
Data Accuracy
While the data is gathered from publicly available sources and automatically maintained, it is not manually verified. It aims to provide a reliable baseline, offering insights that would otherwise be difficult or resource-intensive for firms to compile on their own.
Elevate Your Firm’s Relationship Intelligence
With Company Insights, Client Sense becomes an even more effective tool for law firm marketers, business development teams, and client relationship managers. By enriching your understanding of who your firm knows and where those connections sit, you can align your outreach, events, and communications with strategic goals.
